Front desk associate LaDanna was very upbeat and energetic always smiling and engaging. She was very accommodating when asked if my brother and I could have rooms on the same floor she made sure we were side by side. She remembered my name every time she saw me. This was our first time in the area and we now know this is our hotel of choice because of LaDonna. LaDonna we thank you from The Manuel and Bridges family.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I even took a nap on the chaise, and it was just as comfortable. The hotel was very modern and clean!! The Continental Breakfast was amazing! The staff were highly accommodating and friendly.

I liked that there was a bench to put our luggage on and a desk. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was good. The bedding was clean and the beds comfortable with a good choice of pillow types.

the breakfast is VERY GOOD. best variety. dont change a thing and the oj is GOOD. i love the microwave an fridge in the room. it saves on going out to eat, leftovers are always wonderful. I LOVE TAKING SHOWERS HERE.. the shower head, dove products and towels are the best. staff is so POLITE and patient.

It seemed very new. I loved the lighting in the room. I liked the size of the pool. I liked the remote control for the window shade.

Mandy, at the front desk, was knew her stuff and was there to please. Very customer service oriented. You don't see that much any more. 5 stars for her.

The staff was amazing, as was the location, cleanliness, and breakfast. It's obvious they go out of their way to make you comfortable and to ensure you have an excellent stay.

Staff is always nice and so helpful and room was top notch this is the only place I stay when I come to Jackson

The beds were very comfortable.The breakfast was ok, but if it was 9:10, you had to get what was left because she wasn’t making nothing else even though it was over until 9:30. One the weekends it was told to us that breakfast ended at 10:30, but it ended at 9:30. 10:30 was on our key holders also.
